Prime Power + Parallel Architecture

The PowerPak’s Prime Power rating, combined with its parallel architecture, creates a highly flexible energy system that allows you to run only the optimal number of gensets for your current load, maximizing fuel efficiency and minimizing wear. This modular design ensures maintenance without shutdown, as individual units can be serviced while the rest of the fleet maintains continuous power, and provides true N+1 redundancy for uninterrupted operation in mission-critical environments. Furthermore, this approach enables gradual scaling, allowing you to add capacity as your facility’s needs grow without the significant capital expense of replacing existing equipment.

Engine Platforms and Integrations

The PowerPak series offers versatile engine platforms engineered for continuous duty, featuring the Zenith Z690TA for reliable 300kW–350kW applications and the high-performance Mesa GV22PU for massive gaseous configurations ranging from 780kW to 3,120kW. These platforms are designed for advanced integration capabilities, allowing them to anchor hybrid systems with battery storage for peak shaving or pair with solar and wind to further reduce fuel consumption. For maximum energy utilization, CHP (Combined Heat & Power) configurations can achieve over 80% total efficiency, while built-in grid interconnection allows facilities to export power and participate in lucrative utility demand response programs.
