Parallel Power for Built-In Redundancy

The Wildcat PowerPack is a parallel power genset package engineered for applications where single-generator solutions simply aren’t enough. With configurations from 120kW to a massive 7,200kW (7.2 MW), the PowerPack delivers the redundancy, resiliency, and scalability that mission-critical facilities demand.

Unlike traditional single-generator systems, the PowerPack combines multiple synchronized gensets into a unified power solution:

  • Dual Core: 2 parallel gensets (120kW – 1,800kW)
  • Quad Core: 4 parallel gensets (2,000kW – 3,600kW)
  • Octa Core: 8 parallel gensets (4,000kW – 7,200kW)

This architecture provides N+1 redundancy—if one genset requires maintenance or fails, the remaining units continue operating, ensuring uninterrupted power to your critical loads.

Available Power Options

Premium Components

The PowerPak series integrates a high-performance electrical architecture centered on Stamford alternators, the industry gold standard for delivering clean, stable power that protects sensitive digital infrastructure. System intelligence is managed by Deep Sea Electronics advanced controllers, providing precise digital oversight and real-time diagnostics through an intuitive interface. To ensure maximum scalability and uptime, the PowerPak features factory-integrated paralleling, allowing multiple units to synchronize automatically for seamless load sharing and N+1 redundancy. All components are protected by a weather-rated industrial enclosure, engineered with corrosion-resistant coatings and optimized ventilation to ensure reliable operation in the most unforgiving outdoor environments.

This mechanical power is paired with commercial-grade Stamford alternators, which deliver clean, stable electricity with low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) to protect sensitive electronics, and managed by Deep Sea Technologies digital controllers for intuitive monitoring and rapid troubleshooting. By integrating these industry-leading brands, the Patriot provides a high-performance backup solution that reduces operator training time, simplifies maintenance, and guarantees operational certainty when the grid fails.

Integration Capabilities

The PowerPak is engineered for maximum versatility within modern distributed energy landscapes, serving as a high-performance anchor for hybrid power systems. It is fully compatible with Lithium battery storage for advanced peak shaving and load-leveling applications, and seamlessly integrates with Solar PV and Wind generation to provide reliable firming power when renewable output fluctuates. For facilities prioritizing sustainability and cost-reduction, the PowerPak also offers optional Combined Heat & Power (CHP) configurations, capturing waste heat to achieve industry-leading total thermal efficiency.

Each unit is mounted on a DOT-approved, highway-ready trailer designed for both legal high-speed transport and heavy-duty off-road use. To guarantee performance during winter disasters or remote arctic missions, the system features extreme cold-start capability down to -20°C (-4°F).

On-site setup is streamlined via a Quick-Connect distribution suite, including industry-standard Series 16 Camlocks and a versatile voltage selector switch for instant reconfiguration. Maintenance is simplified for field technicians through accessible service points, an integrated oil drain hand pump, and a commitment to non-proprietary components, ensuring that replacement parts are readily available wherever the job takes you.

Engineering Support

The Patriot Operations and Engineering departments provide comprehensive project analysis to ensure every PowerPak is custom-optimized for its specific application. Our engineering team meticulously evaluates critical design variables, including existing switchgear and utility tie requirements, precise voltage and amperage specifications, and mandatory utility protective relaying. We further refine the system layout to accommodate site footprint constraints and stringent noise requirements (decibels at 7 meters). By analyzing grid interconnection and power export capabilities, we deliver a fully integrated solution that meets both technical performance standards and regulatory compliance.

Warranty & Support

Every Wildcat Patriot is backed by comprehensive warranty coverage and supported by our nationwide network of Channel Partners. From initial selection through delivery, setup, and ongoing service, our team is with you every step of the way.
