The USCS-10000IM delivers 5MW of continuous power with 10MWh of storage capacity through the world’s first independently certified immersion liquid cooling technology. This next-generation grid-scale solution eliminates thermal runaway risk entirely by immersing battery cells in thermally conductive insulating liquid—addressing the #1 safety concern for utility-scale battery installations.

Engineered for high-demand grid applications, the system supports both grid-forming and grid-following modes, enabling seamless integration with existing transmission infrastructure. On the generation side, it delivers peak shaving, frequency regulation, and renewable energy integration while optimizing power output and reducing wind and solar curtailment. For grid operations, the USCS-10000IM alleviates transmission congestion, enables peak load shifting, and balances regional loads—ensuring reliable power system performance while maximizing renewable energy utilization.

The dual-container architecture (5MWh × 2) connects to a central oil-immersed transformer cabin with Dyn11 vector configuration, supporting voltages from 0.69kV to 35kV with 110kV/220kV step-up substation compatibility. Modular String PCS architecture streamlines maintenance and maximizes battery utilization, while facilitating new battery cluster integration into legacy systems and mitigating inter-cluster SOC imbalance.

With 6,000+ cycle life at 100% depth of discharge and uniform 25°C cell temperature control, the USCS-10000IM delivers the reliability, safety certification, and ROI that utilities, IPPs, and large enterprises demand for long-term energy infrastructure investments.
